CareBridge Medical Junker
Was founded in summer 2024 by the German entrepreneur Florian Junker and the Indian Beula Mathew. With the aim of preparing Indian nursing and geriatric nurse care professionals for a career start in Germany.
The main shareholder, Florian Junker, comes from a family of doctors and has been advising companies in the medical sector, healthcare and local authorities for many years.
The German partner company Medical-Services Junker brings specialists from abroad to Germany. This includes not only recruitment and recognition, but above all support during the first few months after arrival in Germany to ensure successful integration.
Our philosophy
CareBridge Medical pursues the goal of all-round carefree care for Indian nursing staff and doctors. Together with the German parent company, we take over the complete service up to the integration of the international specialists into German companies.
Our service covers the entire process of integrating personnel from abroad. From the selection of potential candidates to language training, the passing of the specialist knowledge test and to deployment in the company.
The focus is on a successful process that is carried out as quickly as possible, but also as thoroughly and completely as necessary.
The aim is to integrate the applicants smoothly into everyday life to ensure the best results in their day-to-day work and a warm welcome for the new employees. Then everyone involved benefits.
It is particularly important to us to regularly safeguard our values and guidelines, both at our company and with our partners in Germany. The fundamental principles are reviewed in recurring audits.
We adhere to the WHO Code of Conduct, the International Human Rights Treaties, the ILO core labor standards / IRIS standards, the basic employer principle (no costs for students for our activities).

Beula Mathew
As Managing Director of the Indian subsidiary, Ms. Mathew is indispensable. Whether candidate selection or assessment center. She is the first point of contact for our candidates and the Indian authorities and speeds up our processes.
Archana Nair
Ms. Nair manages our office in Trivandrum, Kerala, India. The organizational expert is responsible for obtaining the necessary documents for the German authorities and for all questions relating to the language training process.
Florian Junker
Florian Junker is a shareholder at CareBridge Medical Junker and serves as the direct link to Germany. With extensive experience as a consultant in the healthcare sector, he possesses in-depth knowledge of the industry, particularly the regulatory requirements and recognition processes. His close connections with government authorities, medical associations, and statutory health insurance organizations enable him to provide expert guidance on recognition processes in Germany.
