Nursing staff for hospitals and care facilities
Our specialists from India have a fully documented, completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of healthcare. Together with our local cooperation partners, we ensure that applicants have completed further language training with at least B1 language competence, tested by the Goethe Institute or a Telc institution, and that they are professionally recognized in Germany.
Apprentices
Our trainees come straight from high school. They are ambitious and motivated to complete a German apprenticeship in the healthcare sector. At our boarding schools, we train them to B2 language competence before they come to Germany to start their training.
Medical specialists
Licensing in Germany, especially for medical specialists from third countries, is a lengthy process. Our medical specialists from various disciplines are accompanied by us up to C2 language level before they take the specialist language test and the knowledge test at the Medical Association in Germany. We also manage and coordinate the entire licensing process until the professional license is issued.

Complete recruitment process
To ensure that nothing goes wrong when filling your vacancies, we follow a precise schedule for the recruitment process and the training of applicants that everyone involved in the process can rely on:
Selecting the right people (checking education and requirements)
Even before the first introduction to companies, Carebridge Medical’s work begins with selecting the people in question, checking that all documents are complete and ensuring that these people know what they are getting into.
The decision to leave the country, not to see the family for a long time and to move completely new in a previously unknown culture and an unfamiliar legal system requires a lot of courage. All selected participants are aware of the consequences of the decision to train. We hold discussions and regular exchanges to check how willing people are and what preferences they have for a successful placement.
Once all questions have been answered, the applicants are transferred to a pool that is presented to interested German companies. If there is interest in an applicant, this person has the opportunity to get to know the company via a video call. This allows you to get a feel for your future employer. If our pre-selection is suitable, a contract is concluded.
Organization and implementation of language training and preparation for the specialist knowledge test
Our applicants take part in language training and are trained in their language skills. To this end, we work with recognized and qualified language schools and academies that we have selected after careful examination and personal visits. Our local team is in constant consultation about the status of the training. Our colleagues from Germany check the status of the language training at regular intervals and keep the candidates personally informed about the placement process.
During this time, we cover the costs of accommodation and training so that the candidates can concentrate on their training in the best possible way. We organize all the preparations for the specialist knowledge test required in Germany as well as the necessary deficit certificates and visas for entry in good time.
Recognition procedure for education with German authorities
Upon arrival, our applicants begin their integration into the companies, attend a recognized preparatory course for the skills test organized by us and complete all the necessary examinations and documents.
Transfer of the recognized skilled workers to the facilities
We continue to accompany our candidates in order to provide them with the best possible support during this transition phase. The trust gained throughout the process helps them to cope with this crucial phase.
